Jonathan is a confident and highly motivated Senior Building Surveyor, Retrofit Co-ordinator and Clerk of Works specialising in Residential Retrofit and Compliance and Safety. Having qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator, Jonathan manages the retrofit process from start to finish ensuring the project is safe, high quality and meets the retrofit measures for a wide range of clients.

BSc MIFSM AaPS CCP (Asbestos)

Bill is the Director of our Compliance and Safety Division. He has completed IFE/IFSM accredited Fire Risk Assessor training and is a qualified Fire Safety Manager. Bill's original background was in Asbestos Consultancy and Management where he developed considerable skills in project implementation and delivery. Bill has qualifications in Project Management, Asbestos Surveying & Management and Health & Safety with over 22 years’ experience in the industry.

Bill is certified Tier 3 Fire Risk Assessor and is on the national TARFAR register of assessors. Bill is also responsible for the management of our BAFE SP205 Silver Accreditation for Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments.

Seamus is an innovative Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director with 27 years’ experience in large scale Construction, Civil Engineering and Development Projects. He is very experienced in providing client facing commercial & project management services, across a spectrum of sectors and projects. He has specialised primarily on Development of Super Prime and Prime residential property in London & Surrey. He also has delivery experience of NEC Form of Contracts. Seamus joint leads a team of Quantity Surveyors in our London Office.

Alan is a highly motivated Associate Director and Quantity Surveyor with 37 years’ experience in small to very large scale infrastructure, commercial, residential, leisure and hotel development projects across the UK, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. He is widely experienced in providing a range of pre and post contract services, including procurement and contract management, project controls, employers agent and project management services on a range of projects across different sectors. Alan joint leads a team of Quantity Surveyors in our London Office.

Rohan is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a RICS qualified FRAEW/EWS1 Surveyor having completed the RICS Level 6 External Wall Assessment Course. He has considerable experience carrying out EWS1, FRAEW surveys and Fire Remediation project. He has also managed a varied range of construction projects in both value and type, from Feasibility Stage through to completion. Rohan is able to build excellent working relationships with design and client project teams whilst maintaining open communication to ensure the project's success.

Rohan is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and has completed the CFPA (Confederation of Fire Protection Associations) Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention.

Wayne is the Divisional Director of Keegans Asset Management Team. Wayne has over 30 years experience in construction and property consulting.  Wayne has laterally focused on condition, compliance and sustainability issues relative to the management of property and estates UK wide.  The focus of our Asset Management Team is to maximise the value of a client’s investment in their property portfolio. Wayne has some 28 years direct experience of IT within a construction and property management environment and has accrued considerable knowledge of contemporary computer based Asset Management Systems and data collection technologies.

Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer and qualified Principal Designer with over 38 years' experience in all aspects of surveying and fire safety. He leads our Fire Safety team in providing FRAEW's, FRAs, fire strategies, Building Safety case information and general fire safety advice.

Andrew graduated from University of Central Lancashire with a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Fire Safety Engineering, has a European Certificate in applied fire risk assessment and is a member of the Fire Protection Association (FPA) and the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM). Andrew has also successfully completed the RICS Level 6 External Wall Assessment Course and is an Associate of the Institute of Fire Engineers.

As Managing Director, Andrew is responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the business.

Campbell is a director with over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  He heads the team of Consulting which includes Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM Services staff and oversees the cost management and health & safety of projects from inception to completion for Scotland and north of England.  Campbell is actively involved with running projects on site.  He is responsible for human resources and training issues related to Investors in People accreditation, Health and Safety and Finance Monitoring for Scottish offices.
