Wayne Howatt

Wayne, formerly a Director of the Keegans Scotland office, now brings his expertise to our Building & Compliance Surveying team, where he actively contributes to the successful delivery of numerous critical fire safety projects.

With an extensive career spanning over four decades in construction and property consulting, Wayne's journey began with professional training as an Architect and included heading up Keegans Asset Management team. He is a qualified Principal Designer, a qualified Fire Risk Assessor, and a Member of the IFSM and the IFPO. Wayne has extensive specialist experience in developing fire strategies and management schemes for a wide range of building types.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending time in the countryside with his family and his retired Greyhound Biffy.
