Seamus is an Associate Director, Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent with over 27 years of experience in large-scale Construction, Civil Engineering and Development Projects.
Seamus is very experienced in providing client-facing commercial & project management services, across a spectrum of sectors and projects. He has specialised in the Development of Super Prime and Prime residential properties in London & Surrey and has delivery experience of NEC Form of Contracts.
Seamus jointly leads our team of Quantity Surveyors in our London Office.
