Seamus is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent, and Director of our Cost Consultancy and Employer's Agent Division. Seamus has over 27 years of experience in large-scale Construction, Civil Engineering and Development Projects.
Seamus is very experienced in providing client-facing commercial & project management services, across a spectrum of sectors and projects. He has specialised in the Development of Super Prime and Prime residential properties in London & Surrey and has delivery experience of NEC Form of Contracts.
Alongside this, Seamus leads Keegans AI Leadership and Strategy, driving the structured and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the practice. This supports faster, better-informed decision-making, stronger governance, and more consistent outcomes in an increasingly complex, regulated, and data-driven environment.
