Bryan Simpson

Bryan is a Building Surveyor, Project Manager and Fire Safety Consultant with over 16 years of experience delivering professional surveying services to a mixed portfolio including residential, education and commercial projects. His experience in Building Surveying covers a range of survey disciplines focusing on contract administration, contractor management, procurement, condition surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, maintenance planning, budget costings and access audits. Within the residential discipline, Bryan has also worked extensively within housing disrepair and has dealt with over 100 legal disrepair cases as part of a temporary secondment to a London local authority.

 

A qualified Fire Risk Assessor and member of the Institue of Fire Safety Management, Bryan has extensive experience in administering passive fire protection projects and producing related works schedules for clients to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

 

Bryan is also an Elmhurst qualified Retrofit Assessor, registered with TrustMark and an accredited domestic energy and green deal assessor with experience in obtaining funding through the associated Energy Companies Obligation (ECO).

 

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys playing golf, cooking and is a keen car enthusiast. The annual trip to the Goodwood Festival of Speed is noted as a particular highlight.
