Bryan is a Building Surveyor with over 16 years of experience delivering professional surveying services to a mixed portfolio of residential, education and commercial projects. His experience in Building Surveying covers a range of survey disciplines focusing on contract administration, contractor management, procurement, condition surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, maintenance planning, budget costings and access audits. Within the residential discipline, Bryan has also worked extensively within housing disrepair and has dealt with over 100 legal disrepair cases as part of a temporary secondment to a London local authority.
Bryan is an accredited domestic energy and PAS 2025 retrofit assessor and has undertaken nationwide Retrofit surveys, he was also shortlisted for Retrofit Assessor of the Year in 2022 with the Retrofit Academy.
Bryan is also a qualified Fire Risk Assessor and has extensive experience in administering passive fire protection projects and producing related works schedules for clients to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys playing golf, cooking and is a keen car enthusiast. The annual trip to the Goodwood Festival of Speed is noted as a particular highlight.
