Jon is a Director, a Senior Building Surveyor and a TrustMark registered PAS 2035 qualified Retrofit Coordinator and Assessor. Jon leads the Retrofit team with several years of experience in retrofit and has been the Lead Consultant on several public and private client retrofit projects.
Jon has also supported clients in gaining SHDF funding and attending workshops and seminars to present his experience in retrofitting and how to deliver best practices.
Jon leads a team of 25 retrofit professionals for Keegans that has managed and delivered retrofit services to over 3700 homes across the UK from Renfrewshire, Hull, Durham and Gateshead to Milton Keynes, Midlands, Brentwood, Crawley and Folkestone.
