William is our Director of the Compliance and Safety Division and manages our BAFE SP205 Silver Accreditation for Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments. He is a Tier 3 (TFRAR) accredited Fire Risk Assessor and is a member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers. With 24 years’ experience in consultancy, William leads the delivery of our Fire Safety, Asset Management, Principal Designer, Retrofit and Health & Safety services working with Keegans public sector, social housing, and private residential client base.
Before joining Keegans, William's worked in Asbestos Consultancy and Management and has since managed the delivery of a wide range of commercial surveying and auditing roles, including fire safety risk assessments, decent homes surveys, including HHSRA and RDSAP, measured building surveys, accessibility audits, compliance audits, M&E surveys, and energy performance surveys.
