Jack O’Brien

Jack is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Elmhurst-certified Retrofit Assessor and Fire Risk Assessor within our Building Consultancy team in our London office.

A diligent and meticulous surveyor, Jack has vast experience in Building Surveying duties including the role of Contract Administration, carrying out inspections and producing reports for the purposes of stock and schedules of condition, External Wall Surveys, alongside providing Clients with a wide range of advice ranging from defect analysis and remediation to legislative and statutory advice.

Jack is a driven individual; he graduated with an MSc in Building Surveying at London South Bank University and is currently working towards his RICS APC.

Outside of work Jack is a keen cyclist with a passion for art, culture and soul music.
