Louisa Reynolds

As Associate Director, Louisa leads a team of project managers and building surveyors to deliver several of our long-term residential planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Louisa is an experienced Project Manager and Chartered RICS Surveyor. During her career, she has gained experience and knowledge of party walls and dilapidations, condition surveying, project management and design work.

Louisa has also delivered a variety of projects from fit-outs and refurbishments to, alterations, renovations and new build across multiple sectors including; the Public sector and the Heritage sector including Grade I listed properties.  With projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £6,500,000.

Outside of work, Louisa volunteers with Girlguiding and is a Brownie Leader managing a group of up to 24, 7 to 10 year old girls and enjoys being outside and going on long walks and exploring the countryside with my family.
