Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of multi-disciplinary professional services for both public and private sectors, including new build, maintenance, major refurbishment and project management.
As a Director, Ian leads our team of building surveyors, project managers and Clerk of Works and is Key Account Manager for a number of our long term clients, leading our multi-disciplinary teams deliver long term maintenance, refurbishment and capital works programmes across the residential and education sectors.
Ian was lead Project Manager on our recent PassivHaus school development, Thornhill Primary School in Bedfordshire. He was also the project manager in the award winning Nevendon project in Basildon, awarded Best Partneship (1-100 Homes) at the Inside Housing Awards 2023.
