Jonathan Banks is a skilled and versatile Building Surveyor with extensive experience across domestic and commercial sectors, including healthcare, education, heritage, and MOD projects. He is an RICS graduate member and NEC4 Accredited Practitioner, bringing expertise in party wall procedures, dilapidation, structural, and condition surveys.
With a proven track record as both a Building Surveyor and Project Manager, Jonathan has successfully delivered projects ranging from minor works to complex, high-value capital developments.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys going to the cinema, being with friends and family, and training in Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
