Stuart Hopper

Stuart is a Building Surveyor and Elmhurst qualified Retrofit Assessor registered with TrustMark. He plays an important role in our Retrofit team. Since joining Keegans, he has conducted Retrofit Assessments countrywide from Hull to the Royal Borough of Kensington, Medway and Thanet.  He is driven, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the best practices on a project and resident case is at the forefront when conducting assessments.
 
Stuart is also experienced in stock condition surveys on residential properties, including schools, shops and leisure centres and EPC using Elmhurst software.
