Associate Director – Cost Consultancy

An exciting opportunity for a high calibre Associate Director level Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team of Quantity Surveyors, based in our Glasgow office, in delivering project works on behalf of both public and private clients. This includes the full range of project related services from inception to completion. Reporting directly to the Director of the Cost Consultancy Division, the intention is for you to expand upon existing workloads and drive the team forward.The successful candidate will have MRICS or an equivalent construction related professional qualification (5 + years PQE) and be able to demonstrate experience in working on public sector housing and education projects as commercial sector. Employers Agent

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our expanding team and to positively contribute and progress within a friendly multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The role calls for a candidate who either specialises in Employers Agent, or a Chartered Building Surveyor with sufficient experience in the role. The successful candidate will have MRICS with a minimum of 3 years post-chartered experience. The successful candidate will also have experience of the tendering process and procedure, excellent core construction skills on a range of project values and in-depth knowledge of Employers Requirements and project management techniques. Senior Chartered (Building) Surveyor
