Kailash joined Keegans as a Data Administrator within our retrofit team. Since starting, he has trained to become a Qualified Retrofit Assessor and is now pursuing a building surveying degree through Keegans' apprenticeship scheme.
Currently, in the midst of a five-year apprenticeship program, Kailash is studying at South Bank University. His schedule is a harmonious blend of practical experience, spending four days working with us and one day at the University.
Kailash's journey is an inspiring example of the impact apprenticeships can have on personal and professional growth.
