Rohan Coombs

Rohan is a Chartered Building Surveyor, RICS qualified FRAEW Surveyor holding full Member status with the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE). Rohan has considerable experience carrying out EWS1 and FRAEW surveys and delivering fire remediation projects across a mixture of existing buildings and new developments. He is also experienced in contract administration and practice, feasibility studies, specification writing, tender analysis and procurement and managing works on-site through to completion.

Rohan manages a diverse range of our construction projects, both in value and type, from feasibility through to completion and understands the importance of building excellent working relationships with design and client project teams to maintain open communication and ensure the project's success. He leads our team in providing fire safety services, specifically in relation to external wall design and compliance matters, assisting Keegans to deliver best practices for our clients and communities. Rohan has completed the CFPA (Confederation of Fire Protection Associations) Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention and the RICS Level 6 External Wall Assessment Course.

Outside of work, Rohan is an avid traveller and is trying to cross off as many countries on the map as possible. Rohan is also a keen rugby fan and Harlequins season ticket holder.
