Alan Christmas

Alan is our highly motivated Associate Director and leads a team of Quantity Surveyors in our London office. Alan has over 38 years of experience in the industry and shares his knowledge to help develop his team within a positive environment.

Alan has a wide range of experience providing pre and post-contract services, including procurement and contract management, project controls, employer’s agent and project management services on projects across different sectors. During his 38 years of experience, he has provided cost consultancy services across small to large-scale infrastructure, commercial, residential, leisure and hotel development projects across the UK, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East.

Outside of work, Alan love social dancing and fitness with a fondness for athletics and sport.
