Ronald is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 25 years of experience working in the industry. He is a dedicated professional working in sectors and on properties across the public and private sectors.
As Associate Director, Ronald is experienced with professional matters, from acquisition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, licences and party wall matters to reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and management of projects.
Ronald is comfortable conversing with clients and utilises his great interpersonal skills, extensive site experience and health and safety knowledge to deliver the best outcomes.
Outside of work Ronald is a school governor, volunteers for a charity, plays badminton and golf.
