Charles is a motivated and focused Senior Building Surveyor and CDM Advisor. 

Charles joined Keegans two years ago and has over 20 years experience as a Senior Building Surveyor working on education, NHS, DDA and public buildings. He has extensive knowledge and experience with local authorities and councils working on a range of low to high-cost contracts.

With a proven track record in education, commercial, housing and disabled adaptations, Charles has led projects from start to finish on time and within budget for London Borough of Wandsworth, London Borough of Haringey, London Borough of Enfield and Network Homes.
