Throughout the programme Keegans as quantity surveyors worked collaboratively with the project team to achieve the client objectives. We adopted a proactive approach to cost management. We operated on an open book basis so information was shared and open to scrutiny. We also challenged the appropriateness of the contractors supply chain and ensured costs were in line with industry and client expectations.
