Clerks of Works services
No matter the type of construction project, the need for a high degree of regular quality monitoring on site is paramount.
Here at Keegans we have a team of qualified Clerk of Works to protect our Clients interests by ensuring building compliance via independent checking of works through the entire duration of the construction phase.
We do this by:
Compliance – We inspect for safety and structural integrity to ensure the build meets statutory regulations and laws. We raise and resolve any non-conformance issues and provide recommendations and solutions.
Workmanship – We monitor and inspect projects on a regular basis with a visible on-site presence to ensure issues and defects are addressed and resolved early, keeping them to a minimum.
Materials – We inspect materials to confirm they are correct as per specifications and meet the quality standards, ensuring fit for purpose.
Reporting & recommendations – We will provide regular written and photographic reports and updates with recommendations throughout the entire construction phase.
