Felleng Nthane

Felleng is a motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent from South Africa, with over eight years of experience. She has worked on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects of varying scales across the London area, supporting clients from early concept through to successful delivery.

Her experience covers early-stage cost advice across education, residential, refurbishment, and retrofit projects, as well as hands-on contract administration and management as an Employer's Agent on several residential projects of various sizes. Felleng works closely with clients and contractors on site, building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, control, and confidence.

With a strong foundation in cost planning, Felleng excels in preparing budgets, feasibility studies, and cost evaluations and utilisies this knowledge alongside tendering and procurement management, value engineering, contract administration and programming, and proactive risk management to effectively manage projects. She is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving best value for clients.

Outside of work, Felleng enjoys unwinding with a good book and loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
