Jonathan has reached a significant professional milestone in achieving MCIOB status — a recognition of his experience, technical competence, and commitment to the highest standards of construction management.
This achievement represents an important step forward for our retrofit team in Scotland, further strengthening the expertise we bring to delivering high-quality, compliant, and sustainable retrofit projects for our clients.
Reflecting on the journey, Jonathan said: “The journey was rewarding but definitely not easy, especially the reflective statements, which pushed me harder than any coursework or exam ever could. A huge thank you to my mentor at Training LMS, Paul Young FCIOB, whose guidance and encouragement made an enormous difference. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without his support.”

We’re also delighted to announce that Alan Christmas, Associate Director of Cost Consultancy, has passed his professional review and progressed from Incorporated membership (ICIOB) to full MCIOB status with the Chartered Institute of Building.
Alan’s achievement reflects his extensive experience, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence within construction management. Gaining Chartered status is a rigorous process and a mark of professional credibility, leadership, and industry knowledge.
