London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Framework Win

The Four Year, £18m Consultancy Framework will be used for remediation works for the council’s 17,000 strong housing stock.

Services we will be called upon to deliver under the multi-disciplinary contracts includes employer’s agent, project management, building and quantity surveying and principal designer services. The Fire Consultancy contract will cover passive compartmentation surveys, fire risk assessments and fire door inspections and supporting services for any works.
