On Site With Keegans - Cypress Court

Our Marketing and Bid Coordinator, Phoebe, recently enjoyed a site visit to Cypress Court in London, alongside our Senior Clerk of Works, Rory Nusten, and Associate Director, Ron Spence.

 

The project involves cladding remediation to a four-storey residential building of 47 flats including 8 commercial units with residents in-situ, where the original timber cladding and wooden panelling are being replaced.

 

It was fantastic to see the progress first-hand, with the original cladding now removed and installation of the new cladding getting underway.

 

 

The visit also provided a valuable opportunity to see our Clerk of Works in action and gain a closer insight into the important role they play in monitoring quality, workmanship and progress on site.

 

Keegans is providing a range of services on the project, acting as Fire Engineer, Contract Administrator and Clerk of Works, with our sister company, ECD, providing architectural services.
