Keegans announce promotions within our growing Retrofit team

Jon Abbott is promoted to Director and leads our Retrofit team. Jon is an asset to Keegans, having identified the need for a Retrofit service offering within Keegans three years ago. With the support of Keegans management, he has built the team up to 29 strong and has successfully led the delivery of retrofit assessments and coordination on over 5,000 homes UK wide.
 
Supporting Jon and helping guide our Retrofit team are Ashley Simms, promoted to Associate Director, and justyn tiptaft to Associate. They both joined Keegans over two years ago and as TrustMark Registered Retrofit Coordinators, they have been instrumental in supporting Keegans to develop our retrofit team and have delivered many successful retrofit projects with Hull City Council, Your Homes Newcastle, Milton Keynes City Council, Livin Housing, Mears Group PLC, West Midlands Combined Authority, Basildon Borough Council, Crawley Borough Council and Paradigm Housing Group to name just a few.
