SEC are a not-for-profit, framework provider committed to supporting the housing sector.

Keegans have been appointed onto Lot 10 covering Stock Condition Surveys. 

Surveyors will typically be looking at:

• External – the roof, rainwater goods, walls, windows, doors, fences and paths
• Internal – kitchen, bathroom, heating system, electrics and insulation

Services covered in Lot 10 by Keegans can include, but are not limited to:

• Stock Condition Surveys
• Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Surveys
• Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

Works on this lot can be appointed via Flexible Direct Award and Mini Competition.
