Keegans have been appointed onto the multi-lot PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultanct Services Framework covering Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Evalutor roles for use by Prosper memebrs and other public sector contracting bodies.
