We had an enriching afternoon at our quarterly Knowledge Café CPD afternoon last Thursday! Colleagues from Keegans and ECD Architects came together for a day filled with learning, collaboration, and insights.

Highlights included:

  • A business update from our N-Able Chief Executive Officer, Colette McHugh
  • An introduction to RSK from George Tuckwell, RSK Divisional Director: Discovering more about the RSK Group, which ECD and Keegans have recently joined
  • ECD’s partnership with UCLan, supporting students with their sustainability module
  • An in-depth presentation on the transition from PAS 2035:2019 to PAS 2035:2023 and its implications for our industry and our business
  • Robin Roussel gave us an introduction to his KTP project, where he seeks to improve our processes using automation and innovative AI methods
  • A fascinating update on ECD’s project, James Riley Point, where a 23-storey semi-derelict residential tower is being transformed to the Passivhaus EnerPHit standard and revitalised at the heart of the community.

After the knowledge sharing, the team headed to the newly opened Bat & Ball Covent Garden for some fun! Food, Shuffleboard, Darts, and Pool made for a perfect end to a productive day.
