The Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is supporting building owners in taking immediate steps to ensure their residents' safety and in making decisions on any remedial work that is necessary. The Technical Assurance Framework is for provision of building safety professionals to audit samples of External Wall Assessment (EWS1) forms.
For both Lots 1 and 2, the Authority will use the following mechanisms to allocate work:
