Castle Point BC – Maintenance Programme
Keegans were initially appointed by Castle Point Borough Council via the Braintree framework to carry out an initial asset appraisal of all corporate property stock in 2014 as part of their planned repairs and maintenance programme to assess the short, medium and long-term maintenance requirements.
Following successful completion of the condition surveys, we were subsequently appointed to provide building surveying services to deliver the annual Planned Maintenance and Repair programme projects for corporate properties from 2015 to date. In conjunction with the projects we have also been appointed to reassess the Corporate Properties on a 5-year rolling programme as part of the preparation of longer term costing and budgeting systems.
In addition to the condition surveys and planned maintenance projects we also extended our services including design and Project Management, Principal Designer duties, various feasibility studies and other works including:
