Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund: Wave 2.2

Collaborating closely with our sister company, ECD Architects Ltd, we conducted retrofit assessments, preliminary coordination and design work for hundreds of homes. Our detailed approach during the bid phase has proven invaluable, positioning us strongly as we transition into the next phase of work.

This funding presents an opportunity to reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions and improve the comfort of residents in over 1000 homes. Drawing from our successes in previous wave schemes, we're eager to leverage our expertise and improve homes across the UK. Alongside other projects where we’re appointed as Retrofit Assessors & Coordinators to implement funded works.
