Daniel is a post graduate Building Surveyor in our building consultancy team.
Daniel has accumulated experience in various areas of the construction industry. He has conducted disrepair surveys, site inspections, feasibility studies, stock condition surveys, and condition reports. Daniel has also taken up "clerk of works" roles for different clients, handled planning applications, and oversaw the execution of planned maintenance programs.
He was recently seconded to support the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to aid in managing their increasing number of disrepair claims.
Daniel is a driven individual, completing further part-time study at London South Bank University, gaining a Post-Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying (PGDip) and he is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS.
