Netherfield Estate Retrofit Shortlisted for the Regeneration and Retrofit Category of the 2024 Constructing Excellence Awards!

These awards celebrate outstanding companies, collaborations, and projects across London and the South East, hosted by SECBE, a non-profit driving industry progress.

 

Keegans is collaborating with ECD Architects, our sister company, on the significant retrofit of 302 homes in the Netherfield Estate, Milton Keynes. These homes, owned by the council, are being retrofitted through funding from SHDF Wave 1, with Mears Group appointed to deliver the project. Keegans supported Mears in their successful bid and are now involved in the detailed design work for this 1970s estate.
