Coldfall Estate Retrofit Programme: Keegans Partners with ECD Architects and Haringey Council for Energy Efficiency

Keegans is proud to collaborate with ECD Architects and Haringey Council on the Coldfall Estate Retrofit Programme.

As the lead cost consultancy, we are providing Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer services to achieve the project's goal of reaching the EPC Band C rating. Our work includes a comprehensive 'whole house' retrofit of over 200 properties, aiming to reduce energy bills, provide warm and draught-free homes and address condensation and mould risks through various sustainable initiatives. This work will enhance the energy performance of these homes, creating comfortable, energy-efficient living spaces for residents.
