Launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum by industry leaders, the not-for-profit organisation, frameworx, offers competitive frameworks with invest into initiatives such as social value, training and benchmarking.
There are two frameworks for Energy Consultancy services, (direct award and mini-competition) and Keegans have been appointed on to Lot 3 – PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultants covering the full range of retrofit services across England.
Provision of Services include: completing PAS2035:2019 compliant surveys, designs and specifications for the retrofitting of Client's housing archetypes; supporting bids and grant applications for funding; and supporting the Client's business plan for achieving Net Zero Carbon.
