We have an established CPD programme which is led at Director level to support our people in meeting their professional CPD requirements set out by RICS and RIBA, ensuring our people keep up to speed with the latest best practices, innovations and industry advances in their chosen profession.
We also hold company wide quarterly seminars, held away from the office, providing a forum to learn from each other and develop our business collectively.
All staff have their own training plans which are developed through their annual appraisals which are further supported by regular one-2-ones with their line managers.
Professional development is fundamental to becoming a Chartered Surveyor and Keegans provide a programme of APC seminars as well as internal, and external workshops and CPD events.
We will also provide advice and management of the enrolment process and detailed knowledge of the RICS pathways.
