About Tony

Tony Cannon joins Keegans as a Fire Risk Assessor & Trainee Fire Engineer, bringing with him over 23 years of dedicated service within the Fire and Rescue Service.

 

Throughout his career, Tony has developed extensive expertise in incident management, fire safety, risk assessment, and compliance, supported by a strong commitment to continuous professional development.

 

Tony’s practical experience is complemented by his technical understanding of fire safety legislation and risk management, enabling him to provide a thorough and methodical approach to fire safety consultancy. Known for his analytical mindset, integrity, and effective communication skills, he is passionate about delivering high standards in fire safety advisory services.

 

Alongside his role at Keegans, Tony is currently studying for a BEng (Hons) in Fire Engineering at the University of Lancashire. Keegans is proud to support him throughout his studies as he continues to expand his expertise within the fire engineering sector.

 

As part of the growing Fire Safety team, Tony plays an important role in supporting clients with fire risk assessments and developing practical, compliant fire safety solutions.

 

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his two young sons’ football teams, playing golf, and going on long walks with the family Labrador.
