Keegans Welcomes Jonathan Bourke to Lead Retrofit Services in Scotland

Jonathan Bourke joins Keegans as Associate Director, leading our Glasgow Retrofit Team and the development of our Retrofit Services across Scotland. With a career spanning over two decades, he is well-versed in Retrofit Assessments and Coordination and has a strong background in Accreditations and Compliance.

Jonathan brings his experience to various Keegans projects, including overseeing the application of the PAS2035 process to a programme of 3000 domestic properties in Renfrewshire. Jonathan has previously been involved with the rollout of the PAS2035 Standard under LAD & HUG funding for the Greater South East Net Zero Hub, acted as the Lead Retrofit Coordinator for a 700-property programme with Dundee City Council and he was a member of the RICS Retrofit Expert Working Group, which created the forthcoming Retrofit Professional Standard.

With a diverse range of professional skills and achievements, including the Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings and the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management, Jonathan is well-equipped to navigate complex projects and regulatory requirements. As an Accredited Retrofit Coordinator who also holds the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and the W504 Certificate in Asbestos, Jonathan is committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in every project he undertakes.
