Successfully Supporting 7 SHDF Wave 2.1 Retrofit Bids

Working as a team with our sister company, ECD Architects, we carried out retrofit assessments and preliminary coordination and design work to hundreds of homes as part of this work. Having this detailed understanding at bid stage clearly paid off, and puts us in a great position as the real work gets underway.

This gives us the opportunity to reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions and improve comfort in over 3000 homes, and build on our experience from wave 1 schemes. We're really excited to get started on these projects, alongside others where we're appointed as Retrofit Coordinators and Designers to implement funded works.
