Knowledge Café November 2025

On Wednesday, we held our quarterly N-Able Knowledge Café!

Colleagues from ECD Architects and Keegans came together for an afternoon of learning and sharing across the group. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from a range of speakers and engage in meaningful discussions.

Highlights from the day included:

• Colette McHugh shared a business update, celebrating recent achievements and outlining goals for the upcoming quarter.
• Ian Jolly, Commercial Manager (G&E Division, RSK Group), discussed best practices around contracts and creating the conditions for getting paid.
• Ciaran Gallen from ECD presented the design and delivery of our new build, infill Passivhaus housing project in Gosport, soon to be completed on site.
• Hannah Muslek, Senior HR Business Partner at RSK, introduced the RSK HR system, while Sophie Williams, Learning & Development Specialist, gave a live demo of the Learning Pool platform.
• Jonathan Abbott, Keegans Director of Retrofit, and Alex Wilkes from Greenworx, presented an overview of Awaab’s Law and our obligations under it.

We rounded off the afternoon with a well-earned social at The Thirsty Bear, where we enjoyed food, drinks and a few competitive rounds of shuffleboard!
