Senior Quantity Surveyor & Employer's Agent

About the role

Keegans are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Employers Agent to join our growing London team. The right candidate will positively contribute and progress within a friendly multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.

The successful candidate will be working on a range of projects in both the public/social and private residential, education and commercial sectors. This role is client-facing, working within a growing dynamic and professional team to carry out a full suite of quantity surveying & employer agent duties during pre and post-contract stages.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Ideally with a minimum of 15 years’ predominantly in Cost consultancy with Employers Agent experience within a consultancy.
• MRICS or MCIOB
• Strong experience in pre and post-contract stages from inception to completion in relevant sectors
• Good track record in successfully running/ working on projects
• Knowledge of new build and refurbishment residential, education and commercial project
• Client facing with strong communication, able to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills
