Employer's Agent

This role calls for a candidate with a strong bias towards the Employer's Agent, with sufficient experience in a Chartered Surveyor position or working towards a Chartership.

In this role, you will be working on a range of projects in both the public and private residential, education and commercial sectors and includes the full range of services from inception to completion. You will be involved in delivering the full array of Employer's Agent services, including New Build, Refurbishment and Regeneration projects.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Project Management, or a related field
• A minimum of five years experience in Surveying/Employers Agent, ideally with a consultancy.
• MRICS or similar or working through the APC
• Strong experience in pre and post-contract stages
• Knowledge of residential developments, including new build and refurbishment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
