Keegans is recruiting for a London-based Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Cost Consultancy team. The right candidate will positively contribute and progress within a friendly multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.

The successful candidate will be working on a range of projects in both the public and private residential, education and commercial sectors. This role is client-facing, working within an ambitious and professional team to carry out a full suite of quantity surveying & employer agent skills during pre and post-contract stages.

The ideal candidate must have:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
A minimum of three years experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a consultancy.
MRICS or working through the APC
Strong experience in pre and post-contract stages
Knowledge of residential developments, including new build and refurbishment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
