Giving Back This Christmas: Keegans’ Festive Charity Support Roundup

Keegans were proud to give back to a number of wonderful causes this Christmas. As the year comes to a close, here’s a roundup of all our charity support this festive season.

 

CRASH’s Christmas Card Appeal

We supported the Construction Industry’s Charity CRASH with a donation of £600 to the Christmas Card Appeal.

CRASH is the UK construction industry’s charity helping homelessness charities and hospices with their vital building projects,  helping to create places that care and support children and adults in need of hospice care, while also building brighter futures for people experiencing homelessness.

 

Better Bankside's Christmas Gift Appeal

We donated £500 to Better Bankside's Christmas Gift Appeal this Christmas.

 

The appeal supports a number of local charities and organisations around the Southbank, London. Each charity, hostel and community service has a wish list, with gift items chosen based on those supported. This might be thermal socks and gloves for someone who is affected by homelessness, or blankets, tea, and biscuits for a local older person.

 

Alongside our contribution to the appeal, members of our team volunteered at the gift-wrapping sessions, supporting the preparation and distribution of gifts in time for the festive period.

 

 

Plus Dane Housing's Winter Campaign

We once again supported Plus Dane Housing’s Winter Campaign with a £250 donation.

 

The campaign provides essential support to residents impacted by the cost-of-living crisis during the winter months, offering bundles that include food and energy vouchers, toys, and winter-warmth essentials.
