The CSS will meet the cost of addressing life safety fire risks associated with cladding on residential buildings over 11m in height (11-18m in London).

Keegans are one of the CSS panel of FRA’s and will be working closely with Homes England to ensure the success of this new scheme.

Keegans have the capacity and experience to carry out FRAEW’s and the FRAEW audits. In addition, through the use of our architects and cost consultants, we can provide solutions to remediate your building.

Read the full guidance on Gov.uk to find out if you are eligible and the application process.
