Taking stock of Greenwich’s properties

ECD Architects

In March this year we were delighted to have been awarded the commission to survey over 500 of Greenwich Council’s corporate property over 2 years following competitive tender.

5 months into the commission and so far we have surveyed over 50 of the High Priority properties. Interesting properties have included the old Woolwich Town Hall, and Cambridge Barracks Gatehouse.

Along the way we have been working closely with Greenwich to improve efficiencies and best ways of working which have included using the clients in-house Asset Management System, Concerto, to record all survey data and produce life cycle costs and summary reports for each location.

The commission is on track as we are near completion of the High Priority sites and plan the next phase of surveys on Medium and Low priority locations.
