The regulatory environment for building owners and managers is increasingly complex and demanding, creating significant legal risks for those responsible for the management and control of premises. Keegans can provide a range of bespoke services to address these risks and provide the information required to effectively manage compliance within your built assets.

We understand the issues and complexity of compliance within the built environment and the challenges presented in surveying and assessing a wide range of building types.

We employ a team of professional practitioners with over 15 years of experience in delivering compliance related services within the public and private sectors.

To ensure we meet the needs of our Compliance and Safety clients, Keegans operate a full Quality Management System registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 which is regularly externally monitored.

Our Approach

Operating within the appropriate legislative and statutory controls, our approach focuses on the provision of meaningful and accurate data published in a format best suited to the user’s needs. In advance of any project, reporting formats are reviewed and can be developed to meet specific needs. This includes provision of data in a range of electronic formats which can be tailored to clients’ in-house Asset Management Systems and databases.
