Woodcroft Lane – New Build Development

Woodcroft Lane is a development by Linden Homes for the Aster Group. It is the S106 element of their Catherington Park development in Waterlooville. It was a green field site in a semi-rural location.

The project comprises of 40 Units including Shared Ownership and Affordable Rented properties including houses and flats. The properties were delivered in five phases. We were appointed Employers Agent to work with the client pre and post contract. We undertook a detailed review of the site survey information and the specification vs the ERs.

We undertook regular site inspections to view progress against programme however as the project was underway during lockdown, we needed to pause our site inspections for a period. The project is now complete to the satisfaction of the client and their stakeholders and has almost reached end of rectification period.
