‘Most Outstanding New Care Home for Adults with Dementia’

Amy Woodgate House has been named ‘Most Outstanding New Care Home for Adults with Dementia’ at the UK Over-50s Housing Awards 2010.

Held at Central Hall, Westminster, these awards were devised to give recognition to efforts to:

  • Advance the profitability/surplus of all industry sectors
  • Reward those who lift and enhance via innovation the customer experience/enjoyment

Keegans and sister company ECD Architects worked together to complete Amy Woodgate in April 2009.  The completed facility accommodates 40 residential clients, as well as has 30 day care places and 4 respite rooms and remains a flagship project and model for future care homes.
