Keegans, Green Deal Assessors

Bryan Simpson, a Keegans building surveyor is now an accredited Green Deal Assessor. Keegans can conduct Green Deal Assessments, allowing us to offer our existing and future clients participation in the Green Deal and ECO schemes.

The Green Deal Scheme’s roots were formed within the 2011 Energy act, which aims to reduce carbon emissions cost effectively by revolutionising the energy efficiency of British properties. The scheme has recently been implemented by Government and is designed to offer a new innovative Green Deal financial mechanism which eliminates the need to pay up front for energy efficient measures and instead provides reassurances that the cost of the measures should be covered by savings on energy bills.
A new Energy Company Obligation (ECO) will integrate with the Green Deal, allowing supplier subsidy and the Green Deal Finance to come together to provide one seamless offer to the Client.
If you would like to find out more about Green Deal Assessments, please contact Alan Campbell ( or Bryan Simpson ( on 0141 948 0600.
