Keegans Awarded Place on the Hyde Group’s Building and Fire Safety Framework

We are excited to announce our place on the Hyde Group Building and Fire Safety Framework.

The new £1.35bn framework has been designed to support housing providers and other public-sector organisations, with delivering all aspects of building safety in compliance with the Building Safety Act. Projects of all sizes can be delivered through the framework, from fireproofing to External Wall inspections and there is the capacity to support with requirements such as building safety case reports, and resident engagement strategies. The framework places emphasis on delivering high-quality works and services, offering assurance through a competent and accredited supply chain.

Keegans have been appointed on Lot 6 – External Wall Inspections and Lot 9 – Fire Risk Assessments.
